For no heating, no hot water or an active leak we aim to attend the same day or the next working day across the Lancing to Littlehampton corridor, and within two working days across the wider Brighton to Chichester patch. Call rather than email if it is urgent. Calls get answered between jobs; emails get picked up in the evening.
Yes. We are Gas Safe registered and carry public liability insurance, and both can be verified before any work starts. Every gas engineer carries a Gas Safe ID card showing what they are qualified to work on, and you should ask to see it, from us or from anyone else who turns up at your door.
Quotes for planned work are free and there is no charge for the visit, whether that is a bathroom, a boiler replacement or a heating upgrade. Repair work is different: the diagnosis is the job, so the visit is chargeable. We tell you the rate before we come out so there is nothing unexpected on the invoice.
